David Treves
He is the founder of Kipanga, built the company on a vision of innovation and excellence. With over 25 years of experience in web development and leadership, he recognised the need for a partner that delivers both technical expertise and strategic insight. His hands-on approach and commitment to collaboration have shaped Kipanga’s culture of learning and innovation. David has led major projects for brands like A2, Toll, and Uniting, driving digital transformation through scalable, future-ready solutions. An AWS-certified professional, he combines technical depth with business acumen.
Outside work, he enjoys mountain biking, bushwalking, and a good book in nature’s calm.
Guy Treves
The innovative mind behind many of Kipanga’s automation projects specialises in simplifying complex processes through platforms like Pipedream, Origami, and Airtable. Skilled in Node.js and Python, he creates custom automation and API systems that drive business efficiency. One highlight is the custom CRM for Full Life, featured in Kipanga’s case study. A University of Sydney graduate with honours in Computer Science and Cybersecurity, Guy has delivered automation for industries including healthcare, law, and marketing.
Leading Kipanga’s Automation Team, he builds scalable, intelligent solutions – and in his spare time, loves crafting tech fixes for everyday challenges.
Zeev Fine
Zeev Fine, former CEO and Co-Founder of DecodeChess, led the creation of an AI-powered platform that interprets chess moves in human language, pioneering Explainable AI (XAI). Before this, he held a C-level technology role at Convergys International (CVG), overseeing multi-million-dollar tech projects and managing global teams. With over 20 years of experience in the corporate technology space, Zeev combines deep technical knowledge with strategic vision and strong leadership skills. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Marc Schwarz
Marc is the person connecting the dots between business and technology. With a background in consulting and private equity, he has seen and shaped a wide range of business models across industries. As Chief Sales Officer, he is the dedicated go-to person for identifying and unlocking efficiencies through AI – bridging strategic vision with practical, value-driven execution.
Netta Canna
Netta is an experienced Software and Full-Stack Developer with 20 years in the industry, specialising in content and project management systems. She leads our offshore development team, expertly handling client requirements, ensuring clarity, and suggesting valuable improvements. Netta effectively converts client needs into actionable tasks for timely project delivery while providing ongoing support and clarification. Serving as the primary communication link between clients and the team, she ensures transparency and engagement throughout each project.
With additional expertise in Database Administration and Quality Assurance, Netta plays a vital role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and the overall success of every project.
